Area seems clean and tidy, few big stores such as B&Q, Halfords, Matalan. Nice sized parking spaces too and seems plenty of disabled parking if needed near to entrance of stores.

Good range of products, reasonably well stocked helpfull staff. We went for treated timber. The range on offer was good but prices a bit on the expensive side. This was the same for all B&q timber. Parking Good access Good

Lovely retail park which has a large B&Q to visit that is huge to go around and shop. A large Halfords that has plenty on two levels, and a Matalan that I enjoy visiting due to its size and how their clothes are laid out very well for me to go around and shop in the men's section. The Matalan car park is not maintained well and has any pot holes so be careful when visiting.

Good place for your daily DIY needs, price is okay too, but I would like to see more sales items too and with a more of a meaningful discount rather than just a pound here or there.

Massive parking space for shoppers and very convenient to shop clothing, DIY stuffs, garden stuffs and many more from this place.

Went to matalan and the car park looks like it was hit by a bomb the store is not clean and dead flys in the display window. This is a big turn off. Need to take car of the store and outside.

Springvale way retail park has a B&Q, Halfords, mecca bingo and a Matalan, I think the rest of what's on there is factories and industry.

Not much stock here if im honest. I've been 4 times in the last few years.  Your better off going to Wednesbury of Halesowen B&Q.

Went to Matalan to get swimwear. Had lots of choice and reasonable prices.

Doing some DIY so picked up a few things I needed...never very busy here...plenty of parking spaces
