Good friendly place to train, highly recommended
A great kickboxing gym with a family type of vibes! I have learnt so much in my 3 years there, the teachers are great and help you to push yourself above and beyond what you thought were your limits. If you want to learn some kickboxing or just improve your fitness, don't hesitate and join the Springhealth family, you won't regret it!
Amazing gym to learn kick boxing. I went there two years ago to try a kick boxing class for free and I never left. Audi and his team are great people: very friendly, patient, always smiling, always helping, and giving you advice. If you want to exercise, have fun while doing it, and learn art martial, go there.

I come for Tabata which is a great, challenging full-body work out. Really friendly reception staff they are so nice and the instructors are very motivating whilst pushing you hard! They take care with technique and are very professional so you feel looked after.
The place is great - it has all the necessary equipment for a full, heavy workout. The gym has style and appeal which is also important for a quality training. It's also close to my place which is another plus.

I go to their tabata sessions and always feel great afterwards. There's always a mixture of people of all age groups and fitness levels and there's a real sense of community at this gym. The instructors are friendly, attentive, and motivating. Come in for a free trial session!
