Excellent sugery, polite efficient reception team and great doctor. Hardly any waiting time before my appointment, sat down in the waiting area for no longer than 2 minutes. Thank you all for your kind attention.
Not a fan, I try to avoid them, although, to be fair uv not been able to get an appointment with a doc since dec 2024 according to my online thingy l, I have been labeled and dismissed with regards to issues I had a long time before I moved there and seen to have stuck with me although I have never been asked or quizzed in any way about any of it. so between the dismissive attitude and condescending tone , I'm not a fan
Usually the GP’s are faultless and have given exemplary care. However, my partner had a telephone consultation with a new GP who was very dismissive and seemed uncaring and basically told him to get on with it, without seeing him. My partner ended up in hospital 2 days later very unwell. Level of care was far below acceptable.
Always find the doctors and nurses really friendly and polite. Receptionists are fine as well apart from odd 2. Phoning for appointment system is a pain. Keep having to hangup and ring back every 10 seconds up to an hour to get an answer.nWhich is a pain when at worknWould be better with a different system.
Had an appointment today, the ladies were very nice. Good advice and turned out that my tooth problem is not that big as I though. I was sorted out well. They make you feel very welcome there.
