Usually the GP’s are faultless and have given exemplary care. However, my partner had a telephone consultation with a new GP who was very dismissive and seemed uncaring and basically told him to get on with it, without seeing him. My partner ended up in hospital 2 days later very unwell. Level of care was far below acceptable.
Always find the doctors and nurses really friendly and polite. Receptionists are fine as well apart from odd 2. Phoning for appointment system is a pain. Keep having to hangup and ring back every 10 seconds up to an hour to get an answer.nWhich is a pain when at worknWould be better with a different system.
Had an appointment today, the ladies were very nice. Good advice and turned out that my tooth problem is not that big as I though. I was sorted out well. They make you feel very welcome there.
No mental health service despite claiming to have themnnAlso, every week, they lose a part of my script even though I make sure it's all stapled together. I would understand if it was occasional, but this is a weekly occurrence.
Just attended the emergency dental clinic & I have to say that the young lady who was my dentist this morning as to be by far the best dentist I have ever been treated by. Her & her assistant were fantastic & put me totally at ease.
