Not been to this vets in over 10 years. Had to visit them on Sunday morning for an emergency appointment. What can I say… Barbra was amazing ! Our beautiful Poppy had to be put to sleep , it was so upsetting but Barbra was so patient, understanding, professional and reassuring. Her true honesty was just what we needed. We couldn’t thank her enough for the job she does. Thank you you are doing an amazing job
Had to take my cat here for some dental work. The staff were absolutely fantastic. Very friendly and upfront with how the procedure works. I knew my cat was in good hands and as I type this he sitting on my lap back to his old self without his tooth causing him pain. Excellent server 5 stars.
Staff have been providing the best care possible for my Chippie cat as she suffers with hepatitis, and have been so reliable, transparent and detailed with their updates and communication to me - really has helped manage my anxiety whilst she's been in hospital Can't praise them enough!
Excellent service today. Open and transparent information, friendly staff, an holistic approach to looking after my dog, fantastic opening hours even on a Saturday, and my dog was relaxed and anxious. A change of vets! Thank you and that’s why they are outstanding.
I can not thank this amazing group of people enough for their care and compassion shown to our dog Frank, from the Vets to the Receptionists, everyone has been incredible. Frank was rushed into Springfield Vets in Rotherham on Bank Holiday Monday despite him not being registered with them. They saw him within the hour, made a plan, and executed it knowledgeably and professionally. They showed patience and compassion despite his behavioural challenges and gave him first class care and kindness. They kept us informed and updated on his progress throughout his stay, even after hours. They adapted their ways of working to make sure he was comfortable, and I knew from the minute he stepped foot into the practice that he and his care were their top priority. Frank is now recovering from his surgery and his back home because these amazing people were able to deal with his problems effectively, efficiently, and with such kindness. Needless to say, Frank is now registered with this amazing veterinary practice and will not be going anywhere else in the future should he need to. Thank you once more for everything you have done for not only Frank but also for us.
Outstanding service. Our cat sustained a nasty bite injury from another cat, and was in poor shape. This was on a Friday evening, but Springfield were open 24 hours and took our call. Even though we weren't registered with this vet, they took our cat in and gave her excellent care over two days. They called us back in the early hours to reassure us she was doing ok, then updated us further at other times. Once we'd got her home, they also provided a follow-up outpatients check-up a few days later. Staff even processed the insurance claim for us; the whole thing was faultless. I was hugely impressed with the care they gave to our lovely cat. Thank you to all Springfield Rotherham staff!
Brilliant service from the reception staff right through to the vets they really do care for the animals they treat. They went the extra mile for me and really took care of my dog.
Have been using these vets for several years for my Jack Russell and have always found them to be a caring, professional Practice. From receptionists to Nurses to Vets they all seem to be enthusiastic and take pride in their work. Although Jock tries to bolt as soon as he gets to within 50 feet of the practice, I'm always reassured if we have a problem. An excellent Practice.
We are really happy with the treatment our dog , Dexter received at Springfield from his out of hours visit to his scheduled surgery for the removal of a bladder stone a few days later. All the staff we have dealt with have been so lovely and caring towards him. He’s very anxious and dog reactive so they made a special effort to accommodate that and keep him comfortable and relaxed. Everything which was happening or going to happen was explained to us in detail and the final costs were within the estimate range given. I would highly recommend Springfields to other pet owners and we are very grateful for the care he’s received.
Been a lifelong customer of Springfields for 13 years. First time had to use in an emergency. Never again. Poor service, hounding for payment and not providing a discount to final bill due to negligence when caring for my dog in their care. Now threatening debt collectors as I am witholding money I should have been discounted. Very disappointing.
