The story goes like this. A year ago, we purchased a large Vango air tent (>£1k) from Springfield. Sales advice and service was excellent. We used the tent for a week during the following August bank holiday and found it to have a few manufacturing faults. There were stitching issues as well as non symmetry in the tent's shape. A month later, we had our second camping trip with the tent. Rain was involved on this occasion and the tent leaked in several areas at the feet of several beams. We informed Springfield of our experiences to which their response was an apology followed by a request for the return of the tent and an immediate report to Vango. A month passed after which we were told that a full replacement was on the way and it would be a new 2017 model. It duly arrived and we collected from the shop with minimal paper work. Service was again polite and professional. We used the new tent for a two week camping trip this summer. The new tent was better manufactured and the faults afflicting the previous tent were not present on he 2017 model. However, within two hours of erecting the tent, the central air beam was sagging and had little air pressure. I pumped it up and after two hours, it was sagging again. I called Springfield for advice on the faulty beam. Martin who took the call duly took all my details and managed in the background to arrange from Vango, a replacement beam, contacted the campsite to arrange delivery and managed to courier the item to us within 24hrs. It took ten minutes to install and the tent was as good as new. No further faults occurred. We can't thank enough all those at Springfield Camping for their efficient and prompt solutions to the problems. The service at the point of sale was excellent, the after sales service was second to none and we are truly amazed that this level of customer service is alive and well. Recommended without reservation. Retailing at its best.

Excellent after sales communication. Problem with awning solved with no issues. Would definitely recommend.
