Appalling company. Evri just lost order - had to chase the company then couldnt supply the size. Paid for 48 hours delivery. Cancelled order and asked for refund then they didn’t refund the postage costs even though they hadn’t ever delivered the item. Avoid at all costs.
An absolutely discussing company, they treat their staff appallingly. The workforce is expected to work in terrible conditions freezing, total lack of heating and workers only paid minimum rate whilst owners drive around in 100k+ vehicles. Shame on them.
Wish I'd have seen the reviews before purchasing from this place. The customer service I agree is terrible. They are refusing to refund me for a brand new product claiming I've worn them. I've had to open up a claim against them via PayPal. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Good products at great prices but shipping is shocking. They use Evri. Took over a week for one order and another I paid extra for next day but didn't arrive next day. Poor considering the garment cost £125!!
Terrible company, sent me out the wrong size shoes, return was agreed with a different colour that wasn't as good and they sent back the exact same wrong size shoes again. Got onto them, and not even the hint of an apology, just send them back again. You would get better service from the average government department - absolutely flabbergasted that there wasn't even an apology for their errors.
Wow! Best company I have dealt with in a long time. I got injured and didn't try the shoes on until I returned to sport, this was outside the 100 day return policy. Customer service couldn't be more helpful. I spoke to 3 different service agents each time the phone was answered inside 5 rings, and each were equally helpful. Highly recommended.
The online retailer is pretty decent, but they use Evri / Hermes to courier your purchase. That’s where the problems start. Evri are a failing business that lose most of the packages they are given. Until i have an option to use a reputable courier, i will have to shop elsewhere.
DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. Disgraceful customer service. Purchased cricket spikes Adidas last year and due to cricket calendar have only worn 10-12 times before they fell apart. These fell 4 days out of the warranty period and Sportsshoes were unwilling to do anything about it, and didn’t even as much offer a discount on a replacement pair. Profit over customer satisfaction is clearly the mantra for these lot. Poor product, poor service, poor experience. Buy from a more reputable outlet rather than these extortionists.
JUST AVOID THIS COMPANY I’ve been ordering different shoes from different companies but I might say this is the worst of them all. Don’t you dare to return your shoes after you tried it outside even for 10 steps! They say that the shoes are worn out and it’s not in a good condition anymore for them to resell it. What a scam! And take note that you need to pay for the shipping in return. Definitely not going to order from them again
Charged me for 48 delivery and it took a month for my order to arrive. Complained twice, no response.
