This is a traditional pub with incredibly cheap prices example a bottle of bud £ 2.50 I found the clientele to be friendly and the pub was nice and clean
Very dated interior, the pub has a feel of being more of a pub for the locals than one for the visitors. There is a good range of drinks available with a lot of special offers. Staff and locals were very pleasant and engaged us in conversation.
They sell my favourite beer, hobgoblin in bottles, result. Locals very friendly and was invited to join the Young crowd on a Friday night. Excellent bar staff who are friendly and decent which is a rarity these days especially if not a local. My new go to place after work. Quality
First time in since refurb the place did smell all tables were sticky coat stuck to table barmaid more interested in fruit machines than customers
Excellent location for end of Edinburgh half marathon. Bar staff friendly, efficient & full of banter. Top pub for post-race refuelling!
Pint on the way home after the last at Musselburgh 8pm prices good, served quickly as well and there was a few people in ALL THE BEST TO THE STAFF AT SPORTSMAN BAR
