I am a passionate NFL fan, my wife is not. It is my goal to attend games at as many of the NFL teams stadiums as i can. Through Sports Travel Tours we have been able to find a unique balance on our NFL trips to America where we are both happy with our itinerary. Dont let the name fool you, as excellent as they are at the sporting side, they have also arranged trips to a Louisiana Swamp , Quad Bike Riding ,a longhorn cattle drive and a rodeo amongst other trips for us.This allows us to strike a nice balance for my wife and is a great contrast to the NFL. I first used the company for Super Bowl 47 and i was so impressed we have been back to the states a further 3 times since with them. We have also done a couple of multi city sporting tours with the company, including one where we travelled by train. Again this provides a nice contrast from the traditional visit and stay in one city vacation. The NFL games we have attended have always had excellent seats, as soon as the NFL fixtures are released i will call Andrew and have a chat about where we are thinking of going, we go over a number of locations and method of transport and then over a period of a few weeks i will decide on a location and Andrew will give me a price. If you are going to use Sports Travel Tours, give Andrew a call as your starting point, it is time well spent! In addition to the NFL, Sports Travel Tours have also arranged NHL and NBA fixtures for us, again we have always had excellent seats and sound advice for enjoying the full sporting experience. To give you some idea of our experience with Sports Travel Tours, we have seen the following sporting teams at home, plus Super Bowl 47! NFL -Dallas, Washington, Baltimore, Philadelphia, Oakland, San Francisco, San Diego. NHL - Dallas, Washington NBA- Dallas, Golden State We would have done more NHL/NBA but we are restricted by my wife's holiday periods as to when we can get away. We cannot speak highly enough of Andrew Hill and Sports Travel Tours, i am already looking forward to the release of the NFL fixtures in April and making those calls to sort out this years trip. Since posting this i have had another US Sports trip with the company. We saw Chicago Bears,Bulls & Blackhawks as well as a tour of Soldier Field, then took a train to Minneapolis where we saw Vikings and Wild, as well as a tour of the brand new US Bank Stadium. The personal knowledge Andrew provided was once again spot on and we had an amazing trip, we even saw the Bears win on my birthday!

We have used Sports Travel Tours on several occasions to go to NFL games and have had an excellent time on each occasion. Their expert knowledge has made the holidays go smoothly, and they have tailored the holidays to our requests every time. Their experience has proved invaluable - we were persuaded to stay in a hotel not in the centre of Chicago, but nearer the stadium, and were very grateful as we then did not have to wait for a bus after the game on a very very cold January Monday night, but could take a short walk back to our hotel. We have had a couple of problems, not of their making (one involving a hurricane!), and they have sorted them efficiently and quickly and made sure we got to the games. We are very fussy about who we use for our holidays, but we keep going back to Sports Travel Tours because they have always served us well and we have had many brilliant real NFL experiences because of them.

As well as THFC, my son and I are keen fans of Green Bay Packers, Tennessee Volunteers, Miami Heat, Carolina Hurricanes, Minnesota Twins (me) & LA Dodgers (son). Don't ask why, we just are! Anyway, back in 2011, having only experienced US sports at Wembley (NFL) & The O2 (NBA, NHL), a friend invited us to stay with his family in LA so he could take us to "a proper game of football to see the Raiders!". Not ones to turn down such a gesture we began saving to fly out the following year, but for personal reasons his plans changed & our dreams were dashed. So, I said to my son, check the forums just to see whether it would be possible for us to go to Lambeau Field instead. He did, and stumbled across SportsTravelTours, managed by Andrew Hill, who it turned out had been arranging just such trips since 1998! We called Andrew & from that moment on, he made everything possible! We ended up booking a trip for September 2012 which Andrew created for us within budget, and we flew out to witness our beloved Packers beat the Saints at Lambeau Field, with tailgate party and Stadium & HOF tours thrown in. Also included were all flights, hotels and a couple of Twins game in Minneapolis, to see them beat the Tigers (that's how I became a Twins fan!). The whole trip went without a hitch and was one of the most memorable short trips of our lives. Andrew and his team organised all the details & itinerary for us and were always available on the phone for information when we had pre-tour nerves and throughout the trip, in case anything had gone wrong. Inspired, we have booked trips every year since, and have now seen NCAA football in Dublin with STT, as well as two more games at Lambeau Field in 2013 & 2014 (Packers won both!), several games at Target Field, Miller Park & Dodgers v Cubs in the 100th Anniversary year of Wrigley Field. In 2015 Andrew helped us get brave & packed us off to Charlotte, NC for a week, during which we endured our first live Packers defeat - but what an amazing host city Charlotte is - Panthers fans welcomed us with open arms, Cheeseheads 'n' all, which made it all great fun. We also got to see the World of Outlaws race at Charlotte Motor Speedway, as well as doing NASCAR HOF Friday and commuting to Ralegh in the evening to see our Carolina Hurricanes lose to Dallas Stars. However, the following day we drove to Neyland Stadium in Knoxville to see our Volunteers beat SoCal which was an awesome experience, and we rounded off our "5 sports in 5 days" trip with NBA in Atlanta to see a Hawks game, which was nice! 2016, was different again, as we attended a one-off event we had been planning to attend since it was announced, namely the Battle At Bristol, where we saw Tennessee Volunteers crush the Virginia Tech Hokies at the modified Bristol Motor Speedway, in front of the biggest ever football crowd. We stayed with our friends for 5 days so we could enjoy the whole town tailgating for days before hand, full concerts and a billion dollars worth of RVs camped for miles around! The experience of a lifetime, which once again Andrew stepped in to help us arrange; this time flights & game tickets only, but still with the same exceptional level of help & service we have come to know so well. If you're still reading this, I make no apologies for my enthusiastic ramblings, as I can honestly say that Andrew & STT have made so many of our pipe-dreams a reality, so it is only right that I share our experiences with anyone who is considering taking the plunge, and may be hesitating about booking with STT. Hand on heart I can say JUST DO IT! Book a package or speak to Andrew to tailor a trip for you, and you will not regret it - there is nothing he doesn't know about the teams, venues, hotels, flights & cities across the US, so you will be in the safest hands. Personally, a lot has changed for us now, but if we can make any more US sports tours we'll definitely only ever book through STT. I have been using this company for nearly 20 years mainly for NFL trips and would not go anywhere else as every trip I have been on has been tremendous value for money and a great experience. The group tours have enabled me to meet former players and when in Dallas I got the opportunity to wear a Super Bowl ring that belonged to Drew Pearson as he was the STT former player that we got to meet at our hotel as part of our package. Another part of the package in Dallas was the stadium tour which allowed us the opportunity to actually go on the playing field (which they don't allow at stadiums with grass) . The pregame tailgate is superb with so much food and beer you won't want to leave it. If you just want to do your own thing then a tailor made package of flight,hotel and game tickets which I have done on several occasions with my brother,just email them your requirements and they will give you a quote. I also went to SB47 in New Orleans with this company and despite the cost was worth every penny I spent as the service provided was 5 star and if you are ever going to see a SB do it with STT

My husband and I have used STT for over 10 years and have always had great service and problem-free trips. This includes not only trips to NFL games but also bespoke trips to the 2010 Winter Classic and the 2011 and 2014 Rose Bowls. Andrew always has ideas and suggestions for other things to do in the areas visited and his carefully put together information packs are hugely helpful.
