Well the store is a nice size and has a good selection of everything, some of the prices are pretty good too. But that's where the positives end. The customer service is very poor, staff don't seem to care about the customer and carry a I can't be bother attitude. Purchased lots of things on my visit, and the staff couldn't even do a simple thing of asking if we needed a bag. Something I had to ask for after we had already paid, the staff member then got in a huff about having to put a 5p transaction through, no doubt because it hits his average basket spend. Personally i would shop there again, but only if I didn't have another option at the time as I'd go elsewhere as I don't like feeling lonely me an inconvenience to people when I'm spending my money that helps keep them in a job.

A great way to get your sports wear and equipment at a reasonable discount. A wide range of products especially trainers. . A good out of town location with helpful patient staff.

Anyone manage to get an answer on the phone? I haven't. Not even a voicemail. Younger staff are quite helpful and friendly when you get there but the mean-looking guy who seems to be the manager and lurks by the door is very rude as commented above

Very, very poor customer service. Staff carry a "cannot be bothered attitude".

Beware check all clothing sizes try them on as the clothes have wrong size on them I picked up 2 pairs of trousers the same size just different colours and they were different size I took them back put them against 3 other pairs and non of them where the same and not the size stated shop policy is credit note or exchange for other reject items only
