I’m writing this review to raise a serious concern about the changing rooms in your store.nnI was extremely uncomfortable using the fitting rooms due to the lack of privacy. The doors have large gaps at both the top and bottom, and there is a full-length mirror positioned directly facing the door. The changing rooms are also located directly opposite the checkout area. While trying on sports bras, I felt very vulnerable as it seemed entirely possible for the person at the checkout to see straight into the mirror and have a clear view inside the cubicle.nnAdditionally, as customers walked past, the space felt very exposed and open. Even my partner commented on the lack of privacy and ended up standing outside the door to help shield the gap, just so I could feel slightly more comfortable. That in itself highlights how inadequate the current setup is.nnChanging rooms should be a safe and private space, especially when customers are trying on intimate or close-fitting clothing. The current layout feels inappropriate and could easily be improved to better protect customers’ dignity and privacy.nnI hope this feedback is taken seriously and that steps are taken to make the changing facilities more secure and comfortable for everyone using them.
If I could give a 0 I would, waited around 10 minutes to check if they had certain sized trainers, no staff shop was also empty of customers, went to the till to ask if some staff could see us, said they'd be out soon, I continued to wait another 20 minutes, so decided to go back to the till to be told the same thing. The staff are either non existent or ignorant.
No staff, one actually saw me and walked the other way, for me to finally find one she had to radio for a guy for him to come out and look disgusted that he had to work, and soon and he said unavailable he walked of, no interest. I always try to avoid this store. I went to find more trainers as the others were unavailable and to all my surpised took 10 mins to find someone, sane person, safe lack of interest. Told him I’ll go else where. No wonder the store is always quite other then the staff stood talking near the door
I fairly typical sports direct store. It's not one of their biggest or smallest.nnIt's dense in terms of stock and not much room to move.nnThe staff are hard to find as there are not many of them. But have always been helpful when I have needed them.nnItems and prices are as expected.
Last time I shopping there. Asking for open the changing room and waiting 10min. Finally I give up. Long queue to the cashier. And when you pay they tell you to make sure is all swimming trunks fits because when you lived shop can't replace or refund.
