Came with my mother to purchase her some new trainers. The Eastern European lady on the first floor had no interest in serving us and palmed us off off to her colleague. The colleague took an eternity to come and serve us from the ground floor. On a Monday afternoon the store was not busy. Spent just under £100 in the store today but in future won’t be using this store. Good customer service seems to be lacking in this store.
I experienced very poor service at the Greenford branch in the West Way Centre. Although there were staff members present to monitor customers, they did not offer assistance in purchasing items. When I requested a pair of Adidas, I was given something unrelated. Additionally, when inquiring about cargo pants, a staff member informed me that they didn't have them. I took it upon myself to search and found the cargos. Despite being observed by staff throughout the store, there was no assistance provided. This has been my worst shopping experience, and I have decided not to make any future purchases from their stores. If I could give zero stars, I would.
Terrible customer service: waited 20 minutes with my toddler for help with shoes and then finally gave up without trying the correct size. No apologies or help from staff, queue at the till, no one seemed to care. Very unimpressed.
Poor customer service!!! Only by if your 200% sure your buying the correct size and check 10 times if the item is faulty before you buy. Coz they will not except returns!!! Very rude staff!!! Same applies to the store in Harrow!!! Scammers!!! Go read the review before you walk into the store!!!
My Sports direct experience in this store was appalling. They don’t know the meaning of customer service. Me and some of the other customers saw one price on the stores shop floor and when we went to pay at the till we were charged more than what was displayed and when we asked to pay for what was displayed, the supervisor said it’s company policy to show one price and charge another. The supervisor didn’t even give me his name claiming it’s sensitive information. Instead he gave me his payroll number: 82303 He is the supervisor for sports direct at Greenford retail park. I went to sports direct after 5 years due to having previous negative experience. Good to know the service is still not improved and customers are treated unfairly. P.S. Sports direct doesn’t even have a customer service phone number to speak to someone. Wonder why that might be ‍
Sports Direct on Google mentioned 7.30pm closing time Saturday , Reception staff telling closing time 7.00pm and pushing away all the customers, very unprofessional approach, if this approach will continue, this branch will close down very soon. Noticed so many late shoppers after work return with very bad experience..
This store I soo dirty, won't spend money in this filthy place. Dirty shop ive ever been in
Midday on a Thursday , no one on the shop floor to assist , then waiting behind others at the tills as there was no one on the tills for several minutes, must be great for shoplifters, got to be the worst store of the group.
Please avoid this store or sports direct in general, when you buy a shoe they don’t tell you that there’s is no refund and it’s only exchange or credit note. When I explained to the manager that the sales person did not inform me of the refund policy I was told there is a not on the stairs to explain that not at the til we’re you go to buy the item. The item is also damaged however the store manager said that’s just double stitching and it’s not classed as damaged, there are no documentation in store to explain what is classed as damaged. I would highly recommend shopping from elsewhere.
Poor systems. My bank told me about a refund for a part of the order before Sports Direct told me. In fact SD have not even told me or apologised. Checked tracking of the order as store pickup. Picture shows the parcel delivered to the store two days ago but nothing from the store advising I can collect it. Called the store to triple check it is there and surprise surprise the phone just rings and rings. Kinda cheap shop and you probably get what you pay for. A little more effort could make the experience much better. So arrived at store. I am guessing as not receipted into the store I did not have a collection code. We got over that issue. The poor lass at the till had 10 people behind me. She was working hard battling the system as I had to produce my driving license and go through a different collection route. After 10 mins another more experienced member of staff started shift and sorted out the mess. The final parting experience was the fact Sports Direct could not deliver the entire order the total dipped marginally below the £100 threshold and I was denied my £5 voucher no fault of my own. Fab.
