Absolutely bad behaviour of Management “Justina” I buy this shoes have in use couple of time after 12 days look like that and she says can’t give any Refound becouse I have use this stuff allready which I buy not for exhibition on the shelf!! Anything you gonna buy in this store NO guarantee THATS IS RESULT OF MANAGER JUSTINA very cheeky person absolutely unprofessional bad behaviour when someone have problem with stuff from shop.

Best sports direct I've been to yet will definitely be back
If your disabled avoid. The store is large and set out like most SD stores. After spending an hour getting around the store on crutches with my husband helping, we were at the till paying for our purchases and I needed the bathroom. I have been in other SD stores and never had a problem, and the staff are normally helpful. Not this store. It meant a frantic time trying to find a toilet in a strange place and left me feeling upset and worried.
More than a dozen people came to the shop just after 9 o’clock the official opening time and the shop was still closed. With no note on the front door with any time changes which left people standing waiting or other older people with kids forced to walk away with their kids upset. With one of the staff coming out after half an hour saying “you do know we’re opening at 10?” Not good enough very unprofessional.
A very large selection of clothes and shoes. Nice service and very affordable prices. I heartily recommend

Impossible to get looking at tops there merchandised so high up on wall . On plus staff super friendly
