been here today bought a ski mask for £4.99 from this shop and you can use it as scarf for neck and face and saw a lot of cool ski stuff and cheap as well and I be here Monday 29th January 2018 and I going to try snowboarding 🏂 and I really want to do snowboarding and look out for me and maybe one day I be pro going to snow dome and I always try my best at winter sports and best shop for any sports you like to try and they have any sports equipment and clothes and shoes and they don't have toilets there and staff are friendly and helpful and there's a lift as well

Always dread coming into this shop because of the pushy employees, having worked here, I understand it is not the employees fault though, it is the management. I approached a man on a till that I thought was serving and he served me, whilst he was serving me the woman next to him started having a go at him for serving me because he ‘wasn’t meant to be serving’. First of all, the way she spoke to him was so rude and disrespectful. Secondly, is it just me that finds it so unprofessional to publicly embarrass an employee like that in front of a customer?

Ordered something online. Took 4 members of staff 25 minutes to find it. Staff are incompetent. Alot of times staff are rude if you ask them a question
