I wish there was no option of stars so I could not leave a single star there. customer service is trash, they are so rude and do not take long to disrespect the customers! especially store manager is lousy, looser and lame! I wonder who hire a staff like them who cant even communicate properly! will never step back in that trashy store!

some staff behavior is not good. I was about to buy shoes. the size was small I asked for a big size. he replied me without checking there is not big size. I requested for check but he’s face fed up. He go inside and bring me right side. Staff don’t smile. Angry face. (Your all quality is’t very good and good price) improve customer service please if you don’t improve customer service you will be lost customer.

Worst service. Bought one pair of shoes from lakeside shopping center and they gave me wrong size. Went to exchange in ilford sports direct and they refuse to exchange and suggest to go back where I bought. Not help whatever from any staff. Girl name LUCY don’t evan care to reply. Reacting like headless chicken. Advise to stay away from this store. Only way to save money 💰.

*Inexperienced useless staff who all need to be briefed on returns policy so they are all clear on what this looks like. *Staff are unknowledgeable and not able to offer specialist advice. Not knowing a serious backpack is measured in L...are all staff on work experience? *No mirrors to try anything on..."here is a tiny strip, which just happens to be a reflective panel...to see what a waterproof jacket looks like". Not good enough. *When mentioned to staff members that this isn't okay...replies back were "it's not up to me or I don't make the decisions or I don't work in that department". *For a busy store you need to sort out your changing rooms...inadequate and embarrassing. *Ilford branch it is shameful to expose your customers to this level of expertise and service. *Store needs a review on all levels or just close it down. This is not a serious sports shop.
