Nicest sports direct I've ever been to. Staff everywhere all very helpful, better and nicer stock than any other, just one more staff member on the tills and it would've been a 5 star, bit of a queue and only one serving for quite a while.nGood show collection for a cheap price.
The store is well stocked with different items of sport equipment clothing. But the staff are so lazy and rude, the 1st time of visiting i just putting it down to a bad day, 2nd visit today was even worse, the staff are too busy talking with each other and the staff at the security counter by entrance door was so rude and had very colourful language. I will never visit that store again, should have got the manager
Worst customer service ever!!! I asked for a size 9 trainers for my little boy box said 9.5 when I questioned the shoes size I was told with Nike the box will always say half a sizenBigger lost a sale there! Kids all work there and have no manners what so ever!
Avoid this store. The staff have the worst attitude I've ever encountered.nnI bought a jumper from here which I didn't check before I got home unfortunately. It had a stain on it, looks like something from the warehouse possibly.nnTook it back for an exchange, they wouldn't accept it because they said I did it lol.nnMade to feel like I'm a liar. Very rude assistant manager, think she got something stuck up her a*se. Clearly they get minimum wage and just like being rude to customers. I usually shop in flannels and selfridges so that's where I'll be staying.nnWorst customer service I've ever seen...
This shp is a joke, customer service? doesn't exists, I've been waiting 30 min for the shoes, rude and not helpful staff, looks like they're working here as punishment...
