Queue of10 customers waiting to pay and only 1 cashier with a large amount of staff in the store. Seemed like a huge effort to get 1 other cashier to support the line cashier. Very poor customer service even from the 5 staff members sat next to the tills having a meeting!
This store is fantastic. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable and pay attention. Possibly the best place to get trainers and sports clothes for miles around. My wife had insoles made there with a new machine that can measure the problems with your feet and then you can try them with new trainers.nGood parking and a new store with high end products. It's been a while but if Sports Direct do more stores like this then the high street might be on the up. Well done guys you scored high with this one.
Compared to the monstrosities of all other Sports Direct stores I've ever been to, this one is genuinely nice inside. It's modern, bright and spacious - the exact opposite of their normal stores.nnI have however docked it a star because a member of staff asked me to not take any photos I uploaded some anyway.
Staff are totally useless and helpless!!nI need to chase them to ask give a right shoe size and wait 10 min.nShop was totally empty so no excuses to be very bussy !!!!
I went there and wanted to buy the same shoes as I buy every year. I went to the sketchers section, I pick up the one I know and started to looking for someone to help me to just bring me the box. I walk around nobody to be seen. I came back to the door to the security, they told me will send someone and I went back to the sketchers section. I waited and waited, one guy came, but was serving other customer, fare enough. When he came back he started serving other customer and ignored me, I told him excuse me, I just need those shoes and he said I'm serving another customer, which was after me anyway.nnAnd is not like I'm trying different shoes and sizes I knew the exact shoes and the size, I just wanted the box with the shoes, then go to the cashier, pay and go! But noo!nAfter while I left, because was ridiculous and On the way out I told the security I can't wait any more and I give up, but I don't think that they seem to care as well!nI won't go back there and I don't think that they care about it as well, plenty of customers right?
