Lovely assistant on the shop floor helped me to find the perfect trainers - I was so pleased with them! Went to pay at the till, and the retail assistant there was incredibly rude to me. I was taken aback! - in the end I handed her the box and said I didn’t think I’d buy them after all. She actually laughed! - and said bye! I won’t be back here again.
Absolutely disgusting customer service and that's an understatement.nThe store manager should be ashamed, I assume it's his or her inability to manage that leads to such tragic customer service.nWill purchase future items on line from Amazon, this is exactly why the high street is in decline, saying that these people don't deserve a job in retail so don't blame people when you are out of work!!
Went in to buy some new shoes and there were no staff. Went to the employee by the tills who was quite arsey and stated he had already radioed across for someone to help us. Stood waiting, and no one appeared. Left without buying anything and annoyed I wasted the limited amount of time I had this evening on a poorly run store
Terrible customer service. Rude and slightly aggressive when asked for a refund for an item that was not fit for purpose. Breaking consumer laws! Will not be shopping there ever again!
Poor customer service. Must be trained to not smile and no cares given..They just screw up my new clothes like rubbish and chucked them in the bag.got home realised there is 2 items missing and a t shirt with security tag still attached.will go back next weekend. And probably have to fight about it.
