Good Share off options however you got hundreds of shoes on display and ONE place to sit to try them on, ridiculous... Very little staff too, you have to walk around endlessly to find someone... Go to a different store if you can.
Very rude managers and staff that don’t know what they’re doing and left me when asking for an item. Have only experienced the worst customer service at this sports directs. Also very stingy. Not worth the hassle going in. Only seen 2 nice staff members, rest are very bad custormer service.
Visited the store today and asked about some items I store and all I needed to know is if there was a top for the shorts, I regretted asking as got lip back from 3 different staff members and they made it out that I had placed them under a hardship. I eventually managed to find some tops that would match the shorts but unfortunately they didn’t have the sizes I needed and when asking a member of staff she just said we only have what’s out, and coincidentally another lady was refilling the shelves and we managed to find the right size. Overall a really unpleasant and frustrating experience as staff were making a conscious effort to play hide and seek, even with my heavy belly I caught up with them. Bad attitude, bad customer service and some very unknowledgeable staff who are lazy as. Last time I’ll be going there, seems they maybe reflective of their owners.
Good selection of sports wear and footwear but gee, trying to get served and spend my money. Waited 25 minutes from choosing trainers for them to come out of the warehouse to till. Need more trained staff and staff who know what the hell they are doing!!!
I do not recommend this shop in Southampton, you have to wait 30mins for staff to help you, they will get rid of you to other to other to another staff. There are so many staff here but everyone is not available to help, you can go to JD or other shoes shop for a better service and help. Highly not recommended to come or you can come if you want to wait for 30mins-1hour to get someone to help you.
Hello, I bought Adidas running shoes from Sports Direct, on 01/05 the money I used to buy the shoes was from my work, I earn 1 minimum wage. I'm not running because I only have these running shoes. and what was supposed to be a reason for joy became a reason for frustration. In less than 3 months the sneakers have a hole in the front, I'm not worried about using them. I went to Sports Direct, the manager didn't pay attention to me because I didn't speak English well. I tried using the translator and it ignored it and just told me to contact customer support. help me, this is unfair. put yourself in my place! I bought a pair of tennis shoes and I'm not using them because I'm afraid of opening the hole further. These sneakers are new, I bought them less than 3 months ago, I wore them about 5 times and the sneakers have holes please, I've already made so many purchases at Sports Direct, I need your help and attention!
Abysmal service, I wanted to buy some skechers, it was 20 mins before store closing and they refused to sell me, saying they don't sell any shoes near closing! If you shut at 730 I should still be able to make a purchase until this time.... You've just lost my custom, downright lazy staff
I bought a new pair of shoes after having a conversation with not one but two of the store employees. Within a week I get sores/blisters twice from the shoe in an odd, peculiar place. I went back with the shoes and the receipt but was told nothing could be done as ‘it was not a production issue’ but it was. Why else would I get sores or blisters on a spot where the sole inside is glued and sown together with the rest of the shoe? One foot is seamless and the other is obviously not as when you add pressure, which happens to said shoe when you use them and walk with them, is quite clear the sole inside has a mistake on one shoe. I would expect better service not solely for being a customer with a recipe but cashing out a lot of money for quality shoes without said quality is disappointing.
The worst shop in all of Southampton. Although there are a lot of employees, they all walk around the store and no one helps you. Everyone sends you from one to another to get rid of you, even though you are the customer. If you want to buy something, it's better to give it up that's what I did than to wait until you find an employee to help you and bring you the product you need. Why are there so many employees if you have to wait half an hour to receive a product... I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE, AVOID IT!!!
Just visited Completely disappointing 2 x under armour mens t-shirt on sale 35£ , cashier tried to charge me 2*38£ each item I asked her why,as both have sticker on saying clearly 2 for 35£ . Poor girl I think new staff didn't have answer for it , as she says her supervisor sayd they both not on sale??? So why they both have price tags wrong ?? Very confusing Disappointed and will not visit again Rather buy online Thanks
