BEWARE! You won't get your money back! I returned some trousers as not fit for purpose buying with cash, & was refused a refund. I challenged the girl nicely, but firmly, as that was against my rights. She stood firm & would only allow an in store credit, & told me to complain to the Ombudsman who won't do anything. I managed to find something else that was suitable I was in a rush, but NEVER AGAIN!
Waited for ages after asking for assistance. Staff utterly disinterested. What appeared to be the manager was rude to other staff. Worse customer service I've experienced in a long time. Only one staff member in the whole store tried to offer good service. Hopeless. Avoid.
Had to go to check out to request a shoe size no floor staff in shoe section, employee came out said they didn't have the size and immediately left no alternative suggestions no nothing. Went home and ordered a similar shoe online. People complain about the high street dying but with service like this no wonder.
Went in altrincham branch yesterday on Atlantic street staff were horrible to me and my friend the exsperance is something we will never do again my friend is disabled and used lift to get to first floor in the bk lift was a load of coat hangers and empty cloths rail he tripped over when exiting list he told the manager and did not even get a sorry do not use this store
Good experience all in all. Bank Holiday - open at 10. Jess helpful on choice of football boots, and grandson quick to choose from a good range. Price very and parking easy.
Absolutely disgraceful and diabolical changing rooms, can never try anything on in there because the door starts about 1ft and 1/2 of the ground and ends at about 5’. This needs to change, it’s almost as if they want to stare at people as they are stripping down to their cruds!!!
Goods were on the wrong shelf so wrongly priced. Had to pay double at tills. Staff Margo admitted on totally wrong shelf but still refused to offer an discount
Very poor customer care. Bought shorts walked to car and realised they were marked went straight back in to ask for an exchange we're told as we had left the store not possible . Asked to speak to Manager who did exchange them then said could not return them . Should they not fit when we got home. Will never shop or recommend your store again.
The most rude, unhelpful, arrogant staff going. I bought a pair of Karrimor running shoes and after wearing them twice they rubbed the skin off my feet. The staff member said the shoes were not faulty and refused to let me return them. Said it's my fault because I've worn them. I told her it's a manufacturing default and they are not fit for purpose. I can't wear them again unless I want my feet to be red raw and bleeding.
Need wait long time for helping but good and friendly staff
