A much larger store than the small store front would suggest. The ground floor stretches back a long way. In addition there is a good sized basement floor. This is accessed either down a couple of flights of stairs or by lift, though when we were there the lift was out of order. There's the usual extensive ranges of products, with discounts available too. Staff ranged from one young guy who was immersed in his mobile phone, to other more mature staff who were friendly and helpful. Average example of this type of store.

I've always found the staff to be very helpful, friendly and relaxed. They have my full respect for being so nice when working for this company and in this particular store, filled to the rim with stuff and hardly seeing the light of day!

Cant fault it ,decent prices ,plenty of different sizes ordered some boots i ordered wrong colour ,took them back no problems even brought some others out for me to try ,great staff ,spot on.

Been waiting patiently at home for days for my parcel and each day they have a new excuse as to why they can't deliver from nobody was home to cannot find the address

Ordered on line for delivery to store _ very slow poor service. 5 days later still no delivery although goods paid for when ordered. Went into store to enquire but staff could offer no information when items would be ready for collection all they kept saying was wait for email. Came away exhausted and disappointed. Also cost me parking fees.
