Run by Freedom Leisure this place has an indoor pool and Health Suite. Cheap monthly membership or pay on the day. The pool is a fair size and always has life guards on duty for the safety of swimmers. The Health Suite consists of a Sauna and a Steam room complete with a shower. It has lockers for safe storage and a large toilet that some people use to change into swim gear but you can also use the main changing rooms and showers if you prefer. This place also has a small gym with a few machines in but I have not used it myself. Well worth a visit for a swim or maybe just to relax a while in the sauna or steam room.

Its local & prices are very reasonable. They have a health suite which has a steam room, sauna, shower & lockers. Water is provided but bring your own bottles. Showers are hot. There is a gym area where the main reception is. Staff are friendly.

First time there today with my family, great facilities, friendly staff, the water was warm! The slide was excellent. Great value for money, we will be going again soon.

Very friendly staff at Rushden. Am having difficulty learning to swim, however the teachers are very patient & encouraging, they get into the water and guide at each step until you are comfortable. Definitely recommend. Have not explored rest of facilities as yet so can't comment on it .

This place is amazing! Unlike many other swimming pools, the changing rooms are separate, and i prefer it that way. (In the men's) They have a perfect changing room, with privacy curtains and lockers. The pool is massive with a verity of depths and features. I have heard rumours that the fountain was removed, but assuming it is still there, it is amazing fun in the fountain. Some people complain about the temperature, but its a pool, not a bath. They keep the pool over 30 Degrees so in reality, that's pretty warm. If you Want warm, have a hot hot bath! Other people complain about the time schedule and other things like that, but rushing around the house trying to find the towels and get from wellingbourough to rushden quickly is what made memories at this pool and it is what made childhood memories for me. Some might call it an inconvenience but so was I! Showers are pretty cool too...... I RECOMMEND THIS PLACE 100%
