Just a massive thank you to Tom. I was broken down on a lay by somewhere in Wales on the way to a family holiday on the hottest day of the year. The AA sent Tom to recover me, who also brought me a cold bottle of water. He took me to the nearest service station, popped the bonnet, and found the fault loose air intake pipe in about 10 seconds.nWhat a hero! thank you Tom.
Big thank you to the lovely staff on the call line, who were so very helpful and understanding and both Nathan and Josh who were equally compassionate, got to me quickly and got my Honda Jazz back on the road in no time at all. If I ever break down again, I know who to call.
Poor repair work different colour. Ongoing complaint still not resolved several weeks later....
Sadly Gwent Police relieved me of my beloved wheels 2 days before Xmas because of an insurance mix-up Spiteri were brilliant, they got my baby back to me hassle free & I even dodged the storage fees - due to it being a Sunday when the removal occurred. Really lovely lady on the Reception desk BIG George Michael fan couldn't fault her Thanks Spiteri's for being so nice under unpleasant circumstances! Happy Xmas!
