Spoils a nice plaza. What a bland meaningless waste of metal. Looks better at night but how this in anyway represents the spirit of Belfast I can't fathom. There was a bandstand here before which at least provided a performance space. There is lots of great street art in Belfast, this is scrap metal.

Some street art in Belfast looks great , SPIRIT OF BELFAST what rubbish and waste of money. Would like to give this( what is it???)  No 🌟s  Google take note.
