We met Angela today at the Spire Manchester Hospital.nnAngela is a warm sweet beautiful woman with a very kind heart and made my wife smile after a long day at the hospital.nnEvery time Angela came to our room to provide food, treats and hot drinks she was always smiling and making us laugh.nnThank you so much, Angela, which is short for angel with an A nnAlso Grace S was my wife’s nurse and wow she was super knowledgeable and provided the most amazing care.nnGrace was filling in a form and knew the form back to front - we were astonished and knew we were in safe hands.nnThank you so much
After my pulse field ablation which was done by the very talented dr vishal luthernI have had the pleasure of staying in your cardiac department for 2 days and must say my whole experience has been nothing short of excellent. If eating your dinner off the floor was your thing then this would be the place to do it, everywhere is spotless .nnAll the staff are super stars, efficient and friendly and have a smile and greeting including ones that aren't personally looking after me nnSomeone is clearly overseeing this whole operation and they deserve a thankyou as well as the staff.nnOne member sparkled more than the rest and that was Amina Duale. What a fantastic member of your team, very genuine, extremely clear and professional but not overly serious ! laughing with me at some of my expressions was refreshing nIt's nice to give credit where due and I hope you can take the time to thank her personally and also give superiors the thumbs up.
It's been nearly 2 years since my major surgery here. Dr Duncan and his team were brilliant right from the start, and the high level of care is amazing. Never felt pressured or scared.nThere was slight confusion with the pre-op assessment, which caused some distress, but that is no reflecon the team who were looking after me as a different department.nRecovery was insanely quick, much better than expected, and I do believe that is due to the care and support from Dr Duncan and the team. Nicola Dr Duncan secretary/PA was amazing with quick responses for any queries or concerns I hadnAmazing service and great hospital team.nThank you so much. xx
Just wanted to drop a positive review on about a nurse who helped my mother today.nHer name was Vicky Brown who went above and beyond to put my mum at ease and made her feel great. Thanks again.nnAlso before the operation at the pre- op we came in touch with a nurse called Kim unfortunately can’t remember her second name but she was from Australia again she was fabulous with my mum and made her feel so relaxed before she went and had a full knee replacement. Thanks a million to everyone on the wards and doctors that looked after us.
Just left the Spire hospital Manchester after having a partial knee operation.nHave to say the care was brilliant, from the nurses on my ward, to the catering and the porters, all very attentive, kind and extremely helpful.nDr Simon Barton was the surgeon working on my knee, he was outstanding, too. Overall felt like I was in very capable hands, and very well looked after in every way, highly recommend. Thank you to all the Team.
