This is really the place to get your medical problems sorted It's a private health centre but many like me are sent by the NHS. It is so professional, from the moment you attended reception you are made to feel special and the facilities are unbelievable. NHS patients are treated exactly the same way as those seeking private treatment. I can only thank them with all of my heart for the care they afforded me
From start to finish everything went perfectly the surgeon and nurses were amazing and thoroughly explained what to expect before and during surgery. I was very satisfied with my own experience.
I have routine visits here. Recently, I fell ill unrelated to visit after an appointment. The nurses and receptionist took such good care of me and went above and beyond. I was extremely grateful. Charlotte Y
Very poor service. My wife had appointment at 12:50 and till 14:45 nobody seen her. Avoid them if you are not English.
It's such a beautiful setting here at Hesslewood Park, it is an aid to healing Inn itself! There are 8 peacocks wandering around that are a little wary but gorgeous. Plenty of parking and good machine coffee all make a great experience. I travel a 600 mile round trip to come here. The staff are brilliant and so kind and helpful.
My wife visited here with a referral from the NHS, the consultant seems to of offered a solution to a skin issue that the NHS Doctor had not resolved 2 years previous, fingers crossed this issue is now resolved
Avoid, as general complacency will ignore genuine concerns that warrant attention. Aspiration offices, friendly receptionists and vigorous handshaking are all psychological aspects that are intended to leave you with a good impression. Unfortunately there is nothing "Special" or "Specialist" about about the general advise here. Patronising and condending, common sence is of more use. It will become immeadiately apparent these will be of no help now or later, a total waste of good office space. And the location, in a obscure place amongst businesses it is an out of place, a minority that doesn't have signage in the car park on the side, clearly missing a directional sign to where is the front door. Before you've even entered you know you've wasted your precious time, as for health care, what care? Put a plaster on it, this will offer better protection then any bad advise from here, as doubt will offer the tools or service for a resolution. To summise, "A Joke". So don't expect any help to protect your health.
Poor reception, disorganised staff, very disappointed with my mums first visit, even lost her medical records and no paperwork to get an X-ray
First class service the consultant went out of his way to accommodate us and many thanks for that.
You go there if you have an health issue not much more to say than that
