I called Spirals all the way from the US for a bouquet for my mother, they had it ready within the hour and she was delighted with them

Ordered a bouquet of flowers for £20. What I had was not worth more than a £5 bouquet you can get from a local garage. If I'd known I would have gone to Tesco that would not only be cheaper but better quality. Gutted is an understatement.
