excellent experience from the team in Newcastle underlyme. Andrew was great from start to finish and Barry gave a great handover. we have had a few problems but quickly resolved by Andrew, Cheryl and the rest of the team. cannot recommend this branch enough to others looking for an excellent service and after sales care was and continues to be amazing. we live in North northumberland and it was well worth the trip to buy from these guys. Happy wife happy life.
We had a lovely service at spinney caravans. We bought our caravan Bailey unicorn Madrid the staff are very friendly and after-sale service have been brilliant. They are always happy to helpful to us.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Good choice of caravans and offered a decent trade in price as well…support is excellent, we had a problem with the motor mover, they organised for engineer visit at our storage facility to fix under warranty…also replaced a bed slat with no quibble…things go wrong, but it’s how they are dealt with that shows how good the Dealer is…excellent all round sales and service.
Completely new to caravans and towing, couldn’t of purchased from a better place than here, excellent service from Barry Ansell, gave all the advice needed and more, couldn’t do enough to help us get started, drove away confidently with our new caravan, can’t recommend enough
