Spinnakers is a really great restaurant and worth a visit, all the food was amazing. And I’m not just saying that because the food at the Mystique St Lucia which is next door is so poor. The food was hot, tasty and well presented. Starters, the meatballs were divine, in a think tasty sauce, the muscles were just as good in a great sauce a well. Mains, the rib eye steak, largest at 12oz on the menu, was big, soft and tender and really tasty. The seafood bouillabaisse was stunning with a good selection of seafood and a spicy sauce with a rice that was really flavourful. Was so full we could only manage a sorbet to finish. Great meal with an outlook onto the sea, well worth a visit.
Quick and easy reservation over whatsapp and was given a table right by the beach although it’s all on the beach really. Super friendly staff, cold beer served in frozen glasses and delicious coconut shrimp. Sunset was absolutely spectacular!
I would not recommend this place for food. I would recommend it for drinks. Foodbwas average at best. We had a party of 10 and waited for hour and 15 minutes to get our food. When we asked we kept being told it is coming. We ordered a few items off the menu. All were average. Wings were luke warm and slobbered with sauce. Their bartenders are fast and make good drinks. Happy hour was great 2 for 1 drinks and it started early in the afternoon.
Lovely food, great location & staff. Beach is a bit crowded but the restaurant itself is very spacious. The food wait time was a bit long but 8/10 overall
Go there just before sunset and ideally during happy hour- 2 for 1 drinks from 5-6. Sit overlooking the sea watching the sunset with a cocktail or 2!....amazing. Food is good value and staff are friendly and helpful
Tried the local cuisine - stuffed pot fish, and it’s so delicious! The fish middle part was handled perfect without any bone, like a piece of art. All the stuffed vegs and herbs added good flavor to the fish. Really enjoyed!
After driving up from Marigot Bay and playing in the water for a couple of hours we were looking for some place to have lunch. Spinnakers was by the gentleman we rented our villa from. We walked down and were seated quickly. Our drink and food orders were taken fairly quickly. The food on the other hand did take close to 25 mins to come out. I ordered the chicken roti, my wife had the peach, pecan, and mozzarella salad. The roti was good but I was not a fan of the tortilla it was wrapped in. My wife said the salad was good. She was looking from something light and she was the salad was everything she was looking for. 4 out of 5 would eat there again.
Good food with great service and great location. Will let you get your frozen drink to go for the beach, which is awesome. Paid for a double on the drink but barely tasted the alchy, but it was more for a cool down anyway. Overall, convenient spot close to the beach.
Came here by luck as i was in the area. Had a warm welcome from the staff who where just fantastic . Michaela attended to us and helped us with the menu options and recommendations. I had salt fish and cucumber and toast which is a local breakfast . It was exactly what i needed . Of course I had to try their rum punch which rated 9/10 I’ve been rating the rum punches my excuse for trying them all the time . Just delish . The setting of this place is dreamlike. It’s just the perfect beach location you want to eat in .
Staff was super nice and accommodating. Food was delicious, they give you a whole tray of condiments. Drinks were good. They accept credit cards.Recommended dishesRoti
