Highly recommended. After just short of 3 years of ongoing back issues, I've been see by no less than 8 different specialists. With no progression being made I chose to approach Spine and Sports physio about the matter. After one session I was impressed and delighted with Ceri as a practitioner. He was clear concise and extreme helpful in actually identifying the causes of my problem. Somethings my previous practitioners failed to do. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Highly recommended! I went to see Ceri some weeks after I had hurt my knee. He is very approachable and very easy to talk to. I wish I had seen him sooner, as after a very thorough assessment he was able to explain what I needed to do in order to strengthen my knee. The exercises worked very well and my knee started to improve very quickly. Thanks to his advice and explanations I now understand much better what I need to do to condition and strengthen my joints. It's given me the confidence to keep exercising. I should add that on a separate occasion he also saw my mother (aged 86) and has given her some very useful advice on improving her mobility as well as recommending specific NHS services of which we were completely unaware. Many thanks!

Can’t recommend Ceri highly enough, his approach and knowledge is exceptional. Ceri is approachable and certainly knows his stuff. Thank you for helping to sort my neck out after years of suffering.

Thank you Ceri for your help in getting me back running again. I would highly recommend Ceri. I found him to be personable and professional and most importantly knows his stuff. Next time I break I will be back.

I was recently recommended to see Ceri. He was able to see me almost immediately. He took a thorough history and after the first session my pain eased almost immediately. Further sessions also helped. He has now given me exercises to improve my strength and help alleviate problems in the future. I would highly recommend this professional service.
