Basically, I left £30 in an envelope. Someone came, did not clean, the place was really dirty but they took the money. I tried to get them on to come on Saturdays so I could see what they actually do. They did not want to know. Admittedly I had a few drinks and sent a message back saying that give me my money back or I ruin your business. I did not swear. They called police saying I am threatening her safety and police came to me saying it is potential harassment. In my opinion police did not investigate both sides fairly. I assure you she has nothing to fear from me, only my customer opinion about her pathetic company. So if you don't like their service and complain they send police on you. My advice is to avoid this business. I make it now my goal for everyone to know what a bad business they are. It would be much cheaper for the business just to give me my money back which I believe was stolen from me and that is what police should be really investigating. All this business is good for is cleaning caravans.
