BEST. CUSTOMER. SERVICE. EVER!nnWe had a broken part which was broken by my daughter's friend accidental damage so not their fault. I was expecting to have to buy a replacement part; instead they sent out a brand new toy. Free. Amazing customer service and worth more than the five stars I can give on here!
1 star is more than they deserve. Like many of the reviews, our son received some Meccano as a Christmas present from a relative. A integral plastic part snapped and we asked how we can get a replacement piece and we're happy to buy it. Sadly the only way to get a spare is to buy the whole kit again. This is beyond wasteful given. Needless to say we will never purchase any spin master products in the future and wouldn't recommend them as a company. LEGO on the other hand are an absolute delight and have spares available. Buy LEGO instead.
I am absolutely disgusted and disappointed in the quality of Gabbys dolls house, the figure sets and the rooms.nnI expected better quality for amount of money you are charging for this ‘Toy’.nnHere is a list of problems -nn1. The house it’s self is extremely flimsy and the doors on the front of the house do not stay open.nn2. The figures from the sets do not stand upnn3. The lift inside the house is very stiff and you have to put quite a lot of force into moving it up and down. My daughter needs help to this and cannot do it on her own. Even when I help her out I still struggle to move it up and down my self. When you eventually managed to get the lift to move it makes the rest of the house shake and all the accessories fall down.nHow is that ok?nn4. The actually room sets don’t clip in or stay in properly.nn5. The pictures that go at the back of the rooms in the windows do not stay in and keep falling off.nnThese are important details to a small Child. The fact that the figures don’t stand up and the doors keep closing and the lift not working has really ruined the imagination experience for my daughter.nnThese are all basic things you would expect from a toy like this.nnIt has been a extremely disappointing playing experience for my daughter.nIt’s not just one problem it’s multiple problems.
Never actually used this company or heard of it before until this evening but have just watched a Facebook live of Cole and abbie unboxing an Arctic lorry load of boxes which thus company had donated to them for Xmas presents to the less fortunate thus Xmas via various charity's. The amount donated by them is absolutely unbelievable and to say this company is absolutely amazingly kind just doesn't cut it....there are no words to describe it. Also may I add this company spinnaker hasn't made this unbelievablely massive donation for advertising or credit, they never even asked to be mentioned or named...was purely done out the goodness of their hearts. Googled them to have a look at their website and when I noticed the review section only giving them 2.6 stars then a load of bad reviews that i didnt even bither to read i just had to post a review for them....5 stars review well and truly deserved
Despicable!!! My son received a Max robot for Christmas.nWhilst building it we have noticed that two pieces of one of his foot wheel are missing.nWe have called the company like 10 times, sent hundreds of emails that remained unanswered.nIn the end at the beginning of February , someone wrote to us asking us if we have the receipt.nIt was a present so the answer was NO.nThen they easilly told us that they are sorry and even if it is their fault , they do not make spare parts for Max.nSo if we wanted the missing pieces we should buy an entire new robot.nAs a consolation , they offered a 5 pound toy to be sent, toy that as expected it never did nor will ever arrive.nNow , we sit and stare at a half built expensive robot, couse the incompetents of this company can not be bothered sending us two stipid pieces of plastic.
