Great GP surgery, I have had several health issues over the past year and Spilsby Surgery have been fantastic - I find it best to call and get a callback from the Doctors and if I need to be seen its usually within a day or two at most. My previous GP surgery I would have to wait 4 weeks plus most times. Very happy with the service and keep up the good work.
We moved to this part of Lincolnshire and registered with this surgery 2 years ago. From our experience we have found the service provided to be excellent. Whether it be receptionists, nurses, Drs, pharmacy staff, physios, admin staff, etc. all have been friendly, professional and a pleasure to deal with.
what a shame there isnt a negative star... they cant even send a prescription to the chemist. They cant make appointments on time and I suspect there arent any doctors there as I havent seen one in 5 years. As for reception... awful simply awful and uncaring and rude...
This place is disgusting.. 06072024 my mum died bless her because spilsby surgery and rhere doctors kept telling her she had nothing wrong with her and kept saying this for 12 montjs.. she was in so muchnPain and wouldnt eat drink etc had call ambulance. She went in after day 1 she had gaul stones infections everywhere broken toe and poorly dressed ulcers making themnWorse?? The surgery left her for so long not doing anything and ignoring everyone she got so weak it killed her a month later. So anither loved person killed by shocking care doctors diagnosis continued care etc etc people are dieing to often. Will be starting complaints program contacting solicitors etc. Wouldnt give ANY stars.. but have to give 1 because it's a building....Very unprofessional no respect very judgemental and treated like a second-class person with no compassion no consideration and made to feel that I was worthless and should hurry up and leave. Wouldn't even listen I wasn't worth their time. Went away feeling anxious and stressed now every time I need to go to the surgery I suffer anxiety attacks because I know it's going to be a nightmare, that's been my experience for the last couple of years and it's just getting worse all the time. Also left my elderly mother 70 years of age for 15 months with gual stones broken toe and riddle with infection, it was literally killing her but they kept saying nothing wrong and didn't or refused to treat her time and time again. Had no choice but to phone ambulance she was taken into hospital and with 1 day found all the problems that spilsby surgery and there doctors wouldn't find and left her to die.. the hospital was disgusted with the staff at spilsby surgery... I am speechless to be honest.. 3 days and she's slowly getting better. Thanks only to Pilgrim Hospital Boston. THEY SHOULD ALL BE ASHAMED. I USED TO LOOK UP TO DOCTORS AND THINK THEY WERE AMAZING.. SPILSBY SURGERY HAS CHANGED THAT FOR EVER. THEY JUST ADD TO YOU ANXIETY STRESS WORRY BECAUSE THEY DONT CARE IF U DIE OR NOT. I CAN PROVE IT... SHOCKING SHOCKINGn.
Sadly, I wasn't able to submit a zero star rating ! It seems that you need to be at Death's door to be able to speak to a doctor on the phone, never mind be able to step onto the hallowed carpet of their office to actually see them face to face. It can only be a matter of time before a serious condition is missed because someone was refused a face to face appointment in lieu of a phone call to discuss an issue with an accompanying e-mailed selfie ! APPALLING. THIS WILL END IN TEARS !!nnSep 2023 update : don't contact them if you want any information regarding Covid vaccinations. They are not actually conducting any vaccinations themselves so they know ABSOLUTELY NOTHING about how to go about booking one. We need a negative star rating here !!!
