We used this in house firm through our estate agent as we were assured that it would be simpler and quicker but had nothing but stress all the way through. Always on voicemail. Never returned phone calls or e-mails and only did so when I copied in one of the partners. We complained numerous times via the estate agent to the point that we would actually would not leave their office until information was obtained. We could not go into Spicketts Battrick as they were too far away. Bad mistake! No apology was ever received (or deduction of fee due to stress!) 3 months on, am still angry at the way things went and am about to put in an official complaint about an ongoing issue that should have been resolved prior to completion of the purchase but we were not told about.

If you want to go to hell early in this life simply choose this firm. They will make your life hundred times more stressful than it is. Awful communications, unnecessary delays and many times have to correct their work and some times doing it for them. I almost loose my rental agreement and become homeless plus I just lost my purchased property due to their incompetence. Avoid this firm at all costs..... Note that I was forced to put one star to be able to write my review but if it is up to me I would put zero or very dark star for their bad service.

Utterly useless. There are serious issues with process and service. Avoid, unless you want to make your house move one thousand times more stressful. Lots and lots and lots of better options out there.

Done the Conveyancing for my house through Spicketts Battrick & was extremely happy with the service! Fast, efficient & friendly staff.
