I have just been to Spices in Catshill. I have not been there before. The food was stunning. I had Tandoori fish Coley followed by the spicy lamb and cabbage. The lamb was very tender. It was very tasty +++. I felt the lights were a bit bright and could have been dimmed a bit. That is just my personal opinion. I will definitely be coming back. Well done. Parking: There are a few spaces outside the restaurant. There is a small free car park about 100 yards down the street.
Just visited Spices,. Had a lovely evening. The Staff were very welcoming, friendly & attentive. Food was very tasty & fresh. Complimentary ice-cream, coffee & after eights. Can't wait to return. Parking: Managed to park right in front of the Restaurant,on main Road. However there is a small car park available just passed Restaurant,on same side of the road.literally a stone's throw away. Dietary restrictions: My friend has a Gluten Free diet, but catered for easily with vegetarian options.
Having heard about how good this place is, I thought I would go and give it a try before work. Inside is your typical Indian restaurant with a bright and modern interior. I had the following: Mixed Starter: Chicken Tikka, Lamb Tikka, Sheikh Kebab, Onion Bhaji & Samosa All very tender and a perfect starter to get me going Main: Lamb Mutton Thawa with Chapati The restaurant kindly accomodated my request to make this hotter than it is as I love the spice and the way it is normally served doesn't cut the mustard sadly : Perfect spice level for me it was Service was excellent. Tables were distanced with screens accordingly. Would recommend and come again

Haven't been here for years, and again it didn't disappoint. Great friendly service, fresh ingredients and even changed by Takka Dahl to homecooked! Hotter and thicker. Vegetarian options: Takeaway Dahl Asian style
Absolutely awful .. the bill came to £40 for a takeaway .just 2 mains and one rice with soggy chips.. . awful main course and when called to ask for a replacement said they couldn’t do anything as it was ordered through just eat! Would never order or go here to eat
Lovely welcome, the staff couldn’t do enough to ensure we had a good time. Great food and wonderful service. Our veggie curries and accompaniments were very tasty and excellent value for money. We will definitely be going back.
Visited here twice now and I couldn’t fault the food. However, when I took the children the second time, it wasn’t as great as the 1st. The young man who takes the orders is so helpful and explains everything. Nothing is too much! The food and service were great, but I was charged almost £4 for a glass of squash made with tap water The reason people go for squash for the kids is to keep cost down, but two glasses of squash and a lemonade cost £10! They should only charge for the cordial as tap water shouldn’t be charged. There was also only 1 high chair. So when another family arrived and needed the 1 I was using, I felt I had to rush. I can’t fault the food though! Not sure if I’d return.
Been going here for the last few months manager is great but staff are rude. Gonna go back to Dine India staff are a lot friendlier.
Great service and great food. Lovely place to eat if you have a big appetite
