We have just had to sale my mother in law's house, to pay her nursing home costs. I contacted a few local estate agents and was very impressed with one in particular. And that was Roy Barrett, or should I say Bev and Brandon. They couldn't have done any more than they did, absolutely brilliant right from the start. We were always kept up to date with every step of the process. It was our first ever experience with selling a property, made so easy and smooth by them. And when we sell our house we will definitely be phoning Bev again. Thank you both for everything .
My brother and I have just completed a sale using Roy Barrett of Sturminster Newton. As neither of us live locally it was important for us to have full confidence in our Agents. Bev did not disappoint - from finding a suitable buyer within 12 hours, to timely responses to our emails and calls, not forgetting the various ‘extra-curricular’ activities such as getting meter readings, removing unsolicited mail etc. She was also fabulous at chasing our solicitor, ensuring no ends were left ‘loose’. They communicated well regarding viewings and if anything had to be rearranged. Once the sale was confirmed they liaised well with us and the purchaser. Thank you both for all you did.
Bev and the team at Roy Barrett Sturminster Newton are amazing not only did they sell our house within 5 days for us, we have also arranged a temporary letting through them to. Should be ten stars not five. The communication has been fantastic through out from Bev and her team team. We have also instructed them to look out for another property in the local area for us to buy. Thank you guys amazing service and we look forward to purchasing our next property from you.
Bev and her team couldn't have been more wonderful. Even though they were acting for the sellers and we were the purchasers they, and in particular Bev, helped us at every stage. We relocated 250miles so it was quite a tricky process but Bev was always available to talk over the phone or via email to check on things or give us an update. I would strongly recommend using Bev and her team in the future.
Recently purchased a property and Roy Barret were excellent throughout the whole process. A special mention to Bev who was always giving updates and helped chase any outstanding queries to get the deal done as quick as possible.
