Very happy with their online service, same day delivery in Aberdeen.nHighly recommend to try it out and they had competitive prices compared to other local online sellers for African food stuff.
The laddu I bought says the expiration date is 15/08/2026 but it tastes moldy and spoiled. Also it says 500 grams in the bar code but is only 450 grams.
I had a feel of exceptional customer service delivery few moments ago. I stopped by to pick some few things earlier today, I paid and left but my instincts kept telling me to reconfirm item on receipt. I checked and realised an item on the receipt that I did not pick. I had an appointment and was unable to return to the store immediately. On my way back i got to their entrance while they were closing the door and explained i had an issue with my purchase earlier. The staffs were so kind and kept apologising for the error and initiated a refund ASAP. I was impressed.
I went to buy frozen Kebab though not was first choice to go there due to past poor experiences i checked and all shelfs had no price mention eventually had to go to counter and price was rocket £13 for pack of 15 meat kebabs. I Asda i bought previous for£3 anx compared to this very expensive which looks like exploitation, unfair price charge and taking advantage of some Halal foods not easily available around though made mistake went there.SnIf you charge high unfair prices have atleat courtesy to show prices on shelf and not let someone lured into buy going itno long que and then got scamed.nnVery disgusting unfair exploitation...
The quality of the meat has been declining day by day. I have been purchasing meat from Spice of Asia for nearly four years, including when I lived in Edinburgh, and I was always satisfied. However, over the past month, the meat from the Aberdeen store has been extremely poor. This is the worst quality I have experienced, and I never expected this from Spice of Asia. This is now the fourth bad experience I’ve had, and I will no longer be buying meat from the Aberdeen store. I strongly advise others to avoid purchasing meat from this location.
