Spice Master

Would give zero stars. Order took nearly 2 hours - tried to call, no answer. Delivery finally come and the man was unbelievably rude. We ended up not taking the food after the way he spoke to my partner. Then even have ring doorbell footage of him swearing at our house. Will never order from here again.

Absolutely shocking experience. After a few orders with minimal issues, this Friday evenings dinner was ruined. After an abrupt conversation ordering my food I was told it would be an hour before my food was delivered. 1 hour 50 minutes later I made multiple attempts to call to find out what was happening. Another 20 minutes later my food arrived. The delivery driver was truly the rudest man I have ever met. After asking why it took so long and explaining I couldn't get through on the phone he said "what do you want discount, the have been a company for 31 years- you aren't getting discount". He refused to talk any further, walked away and put his two fingers up at me on the way back to his car see doorbell images. I called Spice Master and spoke to someone who couldn't care less. I was told a manager would call. Do you think they did?? I will NEVER use these guys again and I will tell everyone I can to stay clear.

Cold when arrived ordered 2 mint sauce and only got one!! Not happy meal for one for £20 not happy at all. Had to come out to meet driver didn’t know where he was going even tho we have ordered a few times now. Not happy with food being cold.

Disappointed. Food arrived tepid. Only one mint sauce when I ordered two. Food all very salty and chicken tikka masala was bland and watery. It's a shame because I've previously enjoyed their food.

I live in Brockworth and have used spice master for many years. I have never had a bad meal and would say their food is better than most. Because the weather was pretty bad tonight I ordered it to be delivered. I read some of the reviews and I was a bit nervous that it would be late. I needn't have worried it was actually early. Top take away.

I asked for chicken tandoriei and got two very burnt masala wings. Popudums had no spices which I asked for. Just fatty taste. Namm bread one could not chew. Rice was very good. Better go to Tesco or the co-op not fresh there but lovey taste.Sorry spice master. But I do think you had a Cook maybe with a bad. Day. Just looking at the building should put you off. Curtain are so filthy that just hang there.

Food tasted alright. However they marker they used to mark the food containers had seeped throw the carboard and got on the top of the curry. So be careful when you order from here.

Ordered from spice master Indian tonight ...Absolutely disgusting customer service tonight! I have always been a local in brockworth and family also live all around this area and have never had any problem with the food. Ordered here alot and it has been late,but you understand they are busy. Ordered tonight and again took an hour and half to get to us. I was a little concerned so rang the restaurant. The gentleman on the phone was absolutely disgusting And had no customer service skills!! When I explained this is not the first time I was told that if I was not satisfied with the service to go somewhere else. This was said in such a rude way that my husband also was shocked as he could hear him also on the phone!!! . Our order did arrive, but again was not happy as some of it was missing!!!! Sorry but that’s not the correct response. I always spend nearly 30 pound a time. A little respect for your customers goes a long way!!! Will not be ordering from here again which is a shame as all the other staff we have dealt with in the pass has been lovely. Maybe this individual needs to learn some manners and respect the customers who are paying his wages or bills !!!!! After the horrible way I was spoken Too and dealt with I Explained i will be leaving a review in which he replied Well this does not matter as I can decline it on just eat!!!! Vile.. wouldn’t even give 1 star
