Order dinner tonight, 1 item on the order was wrong and 1 item was missing after waiting an hour and 40mins for it. After phoning I was told they would send out the items. We waited for another 45mins and when I phoned to chase it up I was told my food was ready but they were waiting on a driver to bring it out. My family had finished their dinner and I didn't want to eat myself so told them to cancel and refund the wrong and missing item to which I waited over 2hours to receive back after 2 attempts to refund the correct amount. The food that was delivered at eaten was absolutely disgusting, chips are beyond under cooked and all food was cold when it arrived. I will definitely never be ordering for here again.
Only 1 as wont let me post without a star but its No Stars at All From me as order did not arrive DO NOT RECCOMEND At all saying the order had been left at door but not the case I have used the just eat app loads of times in different places including Europe never had any issues until now Avoid This Place as when phoning not once but 3 times absolutely nobody taking responsibility for this Take Money But No Food so absolutely No Rating from me
To get fast food delivery means hot to eat.., shame our order was cold again and need to reheat in oven. Just not the same . Please look into how many orders yous send out on delivery at one time
To the disgruntled employee that disappointed his father for not becoming a doctor. I know I was wrong, I just couldn't make my mind up, I truly should have ordered my food faster and without confusion, especially since I was the only customer in the shop. Thank you to the nice lady that was actually trying to help. SEE YOU NEXT TUESDAY!!!
Disappointed with service, half of order arrived two hours before requested time. When we called about it, never apologized and rest of food delivered late. Food itself way below average, shame as used to be good.
food was cold, driver abandoned the box at the close door and called from the vehicle to say I had to pick it up from outside the building. overall a waste of cash and time. order from somewhere else, this place should be a last resort.
Came on to check opening times and seen reviews. Always had good curry the garlic chilli chicken is very good and their large pizzas are always amazing ! Usually we pick up and not delivery but can’t fault it and a very good curry , i can’t say Iv ever had any issues.
Ordered 4 meals, got 3. Receipt was for 4, dont know they decided to only give us 3. Asked for refund, they agreed to refund cost of 1 curry but not the rice? What were we meant to do with just rice?. Didn't matter because no refund actually happened. Lesson learned, never go back there again.
Checked their opening times and placed an order. 2 hours later the place is closed and I still haven’t gotten my food
