What a great place. Such a friendly atmosphere, the staff enjoy a good time alongside customers, whilst still keeping service excellent. Price's are good & as they don't hold a licence, you bring your own drink from the Co-Op or pub across the road. No rushing you out the door when you've finished, just relaxed.
Been to Spice Cottage a few times now, and they never disappoint! It's well worth the drive, and excellent value for money. All round great experience and a fantastic atmosphere. It was really lovely, the waitresses were really nice and the food tasted amazing. It was very posh and fancy but really lovely people and lovely atmosphere. We booked and it wasn't too busy at all, maybe one or two other tables being used. They do take out and dine in. Really recommend, great curry place.Food: 5/5
No drink licence so take your own. Friendly and efficient service. Not a large place so booking recommended. Seems popular with locals. Does take out. Good choice of dishes and good tasty food. Highly recommended. On street parking.
Great Indian restaurant, eat in or take away the food is consistently good! Their delivery service is quick and efficient with food arriving piping hot and as good as eating in. Eating in though is the thing to do, and saves you washing up! Azii is your main man in the restaurant and nothing is too much trouble! It BYO booze and he will keep it refrigerated if needed. I am a chicken madras man, and they do it so well, tender chicken and well spiced. Azii is keen to get you to try his recommendations and often will let you have smaller portions so you can try something new! King prawn Jalfrezi is excellent too! And they know how to cook a nann bread, crispy base and fluffy bubbly top! The restaurant has recently been tastefully refurbished, and is always clean to the highest standards! This family run restaurant always delivers on quality and is great value for money !!

Wow fantastic food! Lovely atmosphere with very friendly staff, catered to my personal taste. Well worth 5 stars! Will be going again very soon, probably next week and the week after, and the week after!! Still as good as ever!! Vegetarian options: My partner is a vegetarian and loves the choices, they even adapt dishes that wouldn't normally be served as veggie dishes to accommodate her wishes!! They've also created totally new dishes according to her tastes!!! Thanks Kid-friendliness: Kids are welcome.
