Ordered lamb curry as usually do, always usually over an hour after delivery. Last night within 15 minutes it arrived, pilau rice was very stodgy, hardly any spices tasted in curry and naan bread stodgy too... now been up all night with extreme stomach cramps and being sick
Food extremely weak not Indian or desi not nothing just various ingredients haphazardly thrown together shish kebab starter must of had a whole bag of salt thrown on each kebab absolutely disgusting main meal a complete joke,I don't know who or what the chef is but this is not Indian food,it's a disgrace wouldn't never order from this place the food is not Indian or authentic it's just ,I just throw this ingredients in and enjoy I threw it all away,I could put it out for the foxes but I reckon they'd knock my door and give me a good kick in , food is absolutely rubbish nothing Indian about it ,it's poor cooked rubbish
Extremely disappointed, I wish I could give less than 1 star. I’m only disappointed with the food taste. Guys please don’t think it’s a desi restaurant because I am sure any of their chefs or staff have ever eaten desi food. It tasted so so sweet that I feel like I have a dessert with chicken tikka and lamb. Sadly had to waste all the food. I have previous bad experiences with take outs and deliveries but this has been the worst. No hate but a genuine disappointment
Sounds awful but I think they delivery driver should take a bit more pride in his presentation, kind of puts us off the food when the delivery driver looks scruffy. Really hit and miss the meat is always chewy and we have had popadoms which tasted stale before. It’s really cheap tho compared to others. Absolutely shocked at the 3 star food rating, its not hard at all to get 5 star which means the hygiene must really be disgusting which is such a shame.
Ordered for the first time with this restaurant, it was nice and maybe just about average. It arrived an hour late on top of 45. mins eta! The Pilau rice was stodgy and both my main lamb dishes contained far too much excess oil. But the worst thing is they say they will cook to how you want your food but i agree to differ. I specified not to fill my dishes with chunks of onions and peppers, however received nothing but onions and peppers with a few pieces of lamb. They don’t listen. Very poor customer service .
Just picked up our tea because we have to most of the time. I have to eat at set times and can't rely on delivery Wow!! What can I say. we ordered our "bench mark " dishes and hoped for the best. North Indian chilli chicken and chicken jalfreze. We were blown away by the taste and freshness of everything. Will definitely be ordering from them again.
I ordered a food and came 1h30 late, very disappointed
Placed an order but because the delivery driver couldn't be arsed they cancelled my order. Food was lovely last year but then they started to go downhill with not taking orders because their delivery staff are lazy! If you want your money wasted by waiting for pending transactions to come back in your account then by all means order.
Unfortunately really disappointed! The food was late to arrive but only by 15 minutes. The worst problems were a missing vegetable curry from a biryani dish which is basically half the meal and the fact that at best most of it was lukewarm. Infact the chicken pakora's felt like they had just come out of the refrigerator. Best spicy chips I've ever tasted but didn't make up for the rest of the issues so won't be spending my money there again. Go back to my usual place the voujon lounge.
Unfortunately not a great experience. Most of the food was either lukewarm or stone cold. Ordered through Uber Eats which stated the restaurants own delivery service was used. Food arrived late, main part to a meal was missing, vegetable curry to a biryani. Spicy chips and pathia were tasty shame they were lukewarm. Due to the issues won't be using again.
