Left 3 young ladies standing outside a nightclub at 2.30am in leeds. They said the first taxi had picked up the wrong people when they rang chasing after 40 mins of waiting but they were told another one would be there in 15 mins. After 20 they chased this only to be told he had had a puncture so couldn't get to them so they then had to get another firm to collect them. I would avoid if you want a reliable firm and to get home safe and sound.
Booked Taxi to collect us 4 people from East Riddlesden Hall in Keighley, at 11pm, after attending Wedding. I confirmed the booking on the day. They didn't turn up! We were left stranded! Terrible service!
Today 26th feb 2017 around 14:30 i witnessed that a blind woman in the rose and crown pub was upset due to the taxi driver refusing to come in the pub. She had been using this company for along time to which they collected her in the pub i've witnessed this this is out of order for someone who needs a taxi company to get from a to b. shame on you
Called a taxi over an hour ago, tried to ring it about 15 times and no answer. Absolutely ridiculous and bad customer care! Usually good but on a night out it is not what you want, especially when it is raining!
