Going to start by saying we have used this pizza shop for years several in fact with no complaints at all until recently. For the past few orders we have noticed the poor quality of food that is now becoming a more frequent event along with items missing etc. Last nights order was my final straw, a parmo that arrived stone cold, burnt to an absolute crisp. Also a doner calzone which when opened looked lovely. Then the reality of disgusting taste of poor doner meat which i can only describe as cheap microwavable greasy slop. Now i would eat anything but i wouldn't of even gave that to a homeless person in disgust. 2 pizza's were good though. Pepperoni and hot & spicy Lost a loyal customer and be careful going forward with what you order!! Called up to inform them of the poor quality and was never offered a partial refund or any apology. Was just told il see what we can do. Over 24 hours later and not a single interaction from them since. I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on.
Asked for no cabbage so they've packed it was cabbage! Never again! £22 wasted!

Disgusting, we ordered food for 5 off us, the girl on the phone sounded like she didn't no what she was doing. When our food turned up 1 hour 50mins later it was cold, I rang them up because the delivery driver wanted to charge us 3 pound more for our order, the girl on the phone said she added the order up wrong to which I said that's not our fault, she said fine ill pay the extra. When we dished the food out we realised that we were missing a parmo I again rang them back up and told them that we had paid for our food and it needed to be sent out 10mins ago. 40mins afterwards we are still waiting for the last parmo, been 2 years since we last ordered and it has gone right down hill, disgusting phone manner and disgusting service. Never again
Gone down hill. Used to be a regular ordering a few times a week but the last few times ive had the doner meat it looked lile something my.dog would throw up and had a foul smell. Gone to another place for my donner fix. Only give two stars for the delivery drivers and one of the staff in the shop thats it.
Order was clearly forgotten about, cheese tasted like cardboard chips were undercooked and soggy unedable. Pizza was burn to a crisp All went in the bin worst food of a takeaway in a long time.
Order was 2 hours off the time of call, was rang back to be told that the order was with the driver.. When the driver turned up he said he'd only just picked the order up from the shop, it was all stone cold and sent back.. This is the second time of not getting the order on time.. Not gone down hill more like down a mountain.. Gave 1 star as can't give half or none
Never had a problem till today got a parmo chips where cold and parmo was cold also ordered 2 of them they only brought 1 but I mainly order from them all the time so either new owners or new cook
Great food Great service And fantastic delivery driver as well
Wait from 9:30 till 11 aclock to get my food for it to come ice cold I phone them for them to be very rude
