If I could give no stars I would. I rented a car from here but ended up losing my deposit! When I picked the car up it was raining heavily so after a very quick inspection I jumped in and drove away. When I returned the car a week later it was also raining, however, the man came out to inspect for damage etc, usual thing, walked directly around to the near side rear passenger door, WIPED OFF THE RAIN FROM THE DOOR WITH HIS SLEEVE, and pointed to a barely visible scratch and said, “oh dear, it was probably a supermarket trolley”!!!! It is a fairly nailed on bet that the damage was already there when I hired the car so I blame myself for not checking thoroughly before I drove off but I lost my deposit nonetheless! It’s probably another nailed on bet that I was not the only hirer of this vehicle to pay for THAT SAME DAMAGE! I hate people who just rip people off to make an extra few quid. They are not satisfied with your business, they want your deposit as well and so make up a pack of lies to facilitate that. If you hire from here, I wouldn’t, please check with a nit comb for damage.
