From initial contact through to resolution of the case, I was kept fully informed and helpfully advised.  An incredible amount of detail was elicited from me in order to put my case together and at every stage, I was given a resume of our discussions so that everything was exhaustively covered and thoroughly documented. This gave me a lot of confidence that the company and the solicitor were highly competent and knowledgeable about the court proceedings and the best way to approach the case.  The barrister appointed was clearly fully briefed and was extremely effective in arguing my plea so that a successful resolution was achieved. All costs were clearly explained and adhered to.  I was very impressed with the overall approach and of course, the eventual outcome of my case. We have recently appointed Philip, to defend my son on a speeding offence. Through out our dealing with Philip, we found him extremely professional, detailed concoiuse, and prepared to really spend the time to fully understand all aspects of the case. He advised us on who could help my sons case via references and put together an excellent overview for the court. My son was just a few weeks short of the two years since he passed his test , the week he was caught speeding. The outcome would normally have been an automatic withdraw of his licence and having to re sit his test. My son is a chef and travels long distances to various restaurants and loosing his licence ,would have caused him to loose his employment.
The positive outcome was a short two weeks withdrawal of his licence and a reduced fine.
I would recommend Philip to anyone in the same situation.
