Shocking - don’t buy from themnWouldn’t give them any stars at all. Bought a steam genie from them, didn’t live up to expectations and leaked, they put every obstacle in the way, wanted me to return the item unused when I’d already told them it had been used once. Wanted me to provide videos and photos of the item being used??? There are far more reputable shops out there. Avoid them at all costs .
I called the hotline because the instruction manual for my George Foreman EVOLVE Grill System Model GRP4842 only suggests a cooking time and ideal internal temperature for hamburger meat but does NOT indicate a grill temperature at which to cook the meat for that time to reach that int. temp. The representative who answered Mr. Igwana I think was unhelpful and passed me along to his supervisor, who claimed to be G. Foreman's mother. I'm dubious, but like to give people the benefit of the doubt. Regardless, she also was unhelpful, recommending I adjust dials that do not exist on the model I very clearly said I was working with. During the conversation my wife dropped a tupperware full of diced onions and I decided, as there seemed to be no real help offered, to end the call. Ms. Foreman bounced me back to Mr. Igwana but neither apologized for the difficulty, the lacking instruction manual, nor for making my wife drop our onions, which were all wasted and swept into the trash. I'm impressed, however, how quickly I was able to speak to actual representatives in an era of recorded and robotic customer DISservice. Three stars, but will change to four if the company is willing to help me replace the onions.
Tried to order anti-scale cartridge for my steam iron via website. Kept asking me if I meant anti-style cartridge or anti-steel cartridge! Rang customer services, took about 30 minutes to relay request. Was told that they would require 'more information' and that a member of the 'payments team' would ring me later that day Friday. Still waiting the following Wednesday. Absolutely appalling
Spanish Inquision nnOn the 22/3/23 I contacted Remington uk with a possible warranty claim, the battery on a MB320C beard trimmer was failing to hold a charge.And from then on it went downhill, the I was going to say customer services employee Alexandra T put just about every obstacle in the way she could.nI’m a 78yr. old with limited capabilities as far as modern tech goes.nI was asked to issue photographs, videos, which I tried, but the employee said it was not acceptable as couldn’t see the video properly, how you can tell if the battery is faulty by viewing a video escapes me and could I find someone else to do them, like I’m about to go knocking on neighbours doors until I found a body with the knowledge.Relatives are not local.nAnyway to cut the long story short a replacement was received yesterday 1/4/23.
Their Russellhobbs coffee maker likes to dribble when you pour it from the jug around 10% of the time all over the table cloth - beware!
