"The eye test experience was efficient with minimal wait times, thorough checks, and clear test explanations. However, the prescription part was a bit confusing and lacked clarity on its importance and urgency. Overall, a good experience with room for improvement on prescription explanations."
The service I had with Wigston Specsavers, was excellent . Every one was very helpful. I would recommend anyone to go to Specsavers they look after you and find out what your needs are. If you have any concerns or worries they have the time to talk to you and listen to you, and they deal with you problem. I had a Cataract Surgery Operation. Wigston Specsavers were very good they answered all my questions and sorted out my glasses they checked my eyes the service I had, I cannot fault it. They are very good . Excellent I would recommend anyone to go to Specsavers.
My daughter had injured her eye at school, I took her into specsavers, who she is a customer of, and they saw her straight away without having to book an appointment and checked her eye out for me. They also booked a follow up appointment to check that it is healing ok. Very impressed, thank you
The staff at specsavers wigston Leicester very friendly and helpful. Was helpful in choosing frames with me and was given good advice right until I got my glasses. I brought 2 pairs of glasses from specsavers 1 for driving and 1 sunglasses
Staff are really friendly but the lenses and frames are of cheap quality. Spent £60 on new lenses and made sure I only used the provided cloth to clean them but yet still the anti glare is starting to ware off. Would I buy from them again? Nope.
Worst experience with them, there systems are not updated all the time they ask to book appointments for the eye aight and lenses. Even if you have done the appointment a month before they will ask your appointment is due. Taking money again and again. Staff is not helpful.
Disappointed with this branch. Booked a hearing test because I'd noticed a change in my hearing. The website clearly says free hearing tests. The lady who called me told me they didn't do NHS hearing tests I never asked for that, but I had explained I had a hearing issue as a child and required annual tests until I was 16. She didn't seem interested in giving me a hearing test and when I said that she seemed quite defensive. So it seems like false advertising, why say you offer free hearing tests if you don't? Just because I might not 'need hearing aids at my age', doesn't mean I'm not concerned about the health of my ears and the change in my hearing which is concerning. You could at least take a look.
The eye test was fine and optician gave good explanation about everything. However I could not find any nice frames as they all seemed really cheap looking for the price and limited on sizes and styles. No staff came to assist this time so I took my prescription and left.
The staff are very friendly helpful and knowledgeable. Duch helped me and she took her time and gave me the best advice and service.
The staff are so friendly and attentive. They always make my children feel relaxed and you're never kept waiting for more than a couple of minutes. Wouldn't go elsewhere!
