Unfortunately not good. Distance glasses OK but reading ones not usable as everything is blurred. Have left specs at shop but have heard nothing nor have I been offered a further eye test. It is now several weeks since my initial test.
I liked the way they treated me with respect but ready to help if required, they explained everything l know where to go in future
I have used this branch for many years and normally been very pleased with the service. My recent experience wasn't as good. The person doing the eye test was fine but the service from then went down hill. I found the staff very formal and I work in customer service so know people want to feel important and comfortable when they enter your business. It took 2 weeks for them to contact me to inform me the frames I wanted were unavailable, then the new order hadn't been put through. It took a month for me to get my glasses and I had paid in full which I wouldn't do again wherever I go
I was very disappointed with the service at this branch. The person doing the eye test was excellent but the service after went downhill very quickly. I had a problem with my new varifocals that caused me two months of distress and I was completely dismissed on top of being made to wait an hour to be served. In desperation I took my glasses to another branch who saw what the problem was immediately and sent them off to be changed. I was treated with the upmost respect and listened to and now have a perfect pair of glasses that were returned to me in a week. I will not be using the Wickford branch again.
Excellent customer service. Staffs makes you feel at ease.

Friendly professional staff. Advice appears good. Would like to see fresh air ventilation or ultraviolet light air filters and more cleaning of surfaces between customers in shop areas
I recently visited your branch with my wife Colleen on the 2@6April and found the staff ,friendly polite and very helpful as usual .The optician who did the examinations was very efficient, friendly explained everything in plain terms and nothing was too much trouble Can only identify because he had a n exemption for masks sign .Thsnk you and will recommend to everyone
Has taken over a month and I still have received my glasses. Say they will phone you back with an update but never do. I think even one star is being generous You really need to train your staff better in customer service will be in tomorrow morning to make a formal complaint
