Took my 95 year old very deaf uncle for an eye test today. All the staff were very helpful but I would especially like to thank Carine for her kindness and caring towards him and her patience too.

I must congratulate you on the most efficient service I have received on my visits to you. Your staff member Lisa Carlin was most helpful and efficient she was very professional and caring I had a problem with the adjustment of my glasses which she managed to resolve. Not an easy task. but with her patience and skill she completed. I must say thank you for the wonderful service she provided during my visits. Adrian Bingley

Always found 99.9% of the staff to be fantastic, going that extra mile to help, advise & assist. Great shame though that it only takes a big rotten sour apple to taint an otherwise near perfect cart full, leaving a lingering bad taste behind you just can't seem to get rid off. Those on the floor and lower to middle are best of the bunch.
