Phoned to tell about symptoms, got appointment in an hour.  Was diagnosed with torn retina.  Optician phoned hospital & got me an appointment an hour later.  Had laser treatment to repair the tear.  All done within three hours.  Thank you Specsavers & our wonderful NHS..
