For what looks like a very small shop, the staff do wonders.... Nice smooth ramped entrance leads into a well lit area, you'll be welcomed immediately with a smile into a warm and friendly environment, which is all on the level, well lit and easy to move around in. The streamlined service means there's very little time waiting, this being from small repairs to full length eye testing, the information given is in abundance and if you're not sure it will be broken down and explained in further detail and comparisons can be made to further explain things in a visual aspect. Frame choices are vast and the staff never push in the direction of the designer frames and focus on what you would like and try to pinpoint the area most suited with good feedback on lens shape, fitting on face and general confidence inspiring guidance.
Loving my new glasses, I couldn't be happier. The whole experience with Specsavers has been really good. I was made to feel very welcome & the staff are so helpful & are a credit to the company.
Took my daughter to pick up her glasses, she complained she couldn’t see through the new ones. Very rude staff member black dude couldn’t catch his name told her she needed to just wear them “and get used to them” he then took her old glasses away and told her “you can’t have these” Next day she still can’t see, has horrendous headaches, we called and they asked us to pop down…. All ok so far. We get there and I asked where her old glasses were as she can’t have no glasses. “We don’t take old glasses” I told them they most definitely did. Same member of staff who fitted her glasses then interrupts my conversation to say he didn’t take her old glasses. I explain he did. “You weren’t there so you need to stop talking” My husband then interjected and told him he was there and that’s what happened. He loudly called us liars. I asked them to check the cctv and lo and behold, we were right and Mr arrogant attitude was the liar. They sorted her glasses and gave her a free pair but I have NEVER been spoken to with such a huge level of disrespect. What’s worse is that upon telling other people about this 3 other people have stopped going here because of this one man! Maybe retrain him or don’t let him near the public. Under no circumstances is it ok to tell a customer they are lying and it’s beyond the pale to tell them to stop talking. Man’s an imbecile and I certainly will never be back nor will any of my family! As for his forced apology before we left “Sorry you remember things wrong” isn’t really a sorry. He can stick it right up his behind if there’s room… his head so far up there already.
I had almost broken the leg of my glasses after a fall. We are not from Stirling and on our to holiday. A young man looked at them and said he would try and fix but leg might co.e off completely. He tried and did a great sturdy repair. Took no money and mage one lady very happy. Thank you
The staff were very professional and really friendly. They took great care of me for my eye test and finding a pair of frames that I liked and suited me.
Very friendly and made me aware of everything I needed to know before during an after my hearing test only problem was the hearing aids they offered were to expensive for me
Such a place for relief for a wildly myopic astigmatic person such as myself. The opthalmologists and staff members were kind, courteous and would do their best to make sure your eyes are well taken care of. Had such a positive experience here. 10/10 recommended

Went in to sort the frame of my glasses and the staff were super friendly, welcoming and very helpful.
I don’t usually write reviews but What a fantastic team. From the minute I stepped in the door I was so impressed by how efficient their covid protocols are, all wearing gloves masks sanitising, as well as how friendly and lovely they all are. They were also really flexible in helping me rearrange appointments multiple times!. Going to the opticians is just an errand we have to run now and then & I usually grudge the time it takes, but to be able to say I actually enjoyed being there is the highest of compliments! Such helpful and genuinely nice staff. definitely recommend.
